Over 60 offices throughout our 120-year-old building that has been completely remodeled, yet retained its charm.
You will find everything from Full Stack Developers to Robotics Companies and everything in between. We truly have the best tenants in the world.
The offices are all taken, but we do maintain a waiting list and it is first come first served, so get on that list!

Working At The Den
When we re-designed the building it was important to have open spaces. With over 6,000 sq. ft of open collaboration space, we have ensured that tenants will have PLENTY of room to work in.
During normal working hours these common areas are available to CoWorking Members and Tenants. They will be able to use the desks, tables, conference rooms, and couches.

The Lair
In the basement of the Den is a very special spot, The Lair. When we bought the building we discovered that it had an old bar from the early 1900's.
So we tore it out... just kidding, we brought life back into the space and have made it a members only business lounge. The lair is a mix of private offices, tufted leather couches, personal storage lockers and even a cigar lounge.
We are currently accepting applications for membership.
